Terms of Use

Draft of October 11, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME OF OWNER OR COMPANY] ("we") for using Kuentavo. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Kuentavo is

Kuentavo reads your pay statements and helps you keep your own records. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not replace a tax preparer.

Check your numbers

Kuentavo checks the math on each statement and flags what does not match, but reading a document can go wrong. You are responsible for reviewing your records before you rely on them, including for taxes.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that email account secure, and use only an email address that is yours.

Your information

Your books belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. The Privacy Policy explains the details.

Fair use

Do not try to get into other people's accounts, upload material you have no right to use, or disrupt the service.

Price

Kuentavo is free to use right now. If that changes, we will tell you in the app before anything is charged, and you can choose whether to continue.

Availability

Kuentavo is new and still changing. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Keep your original statements.

Ending

You can stop using Kuentavo and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Limits

Kuentavo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using the records in the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], United States.
